Course Overview

The Peace-Humanitarian-Development (PHD) Training Course is a comprehensive capacity-building programme designed to equip humanitarian practitioners, peacebuilding professionals, development experts, government officials, United Nations personnel, NGO leaders, policy makers, programme managers, donor agencies, civil society organizations, recovery specialists, and community leaders with practical knowledge and advanced skills for implementing integrated Peace-Humanitarian-Development Nexus approaches. The course emphasizes the interconnectedness of humanitarian action, peacebuilding, sustainable development, conflict prevention, resilience building, governance, social cohesion, disaster risk reduction, climate adaptation, recovery planning, and long-term development. Participants will learn how to design collaborative programmes that address immediate humanitarian needs while simultaneously promoting peace, strengthening institutions, reducing vulnerabilities, and advancing sustainable development goals. This program incorporate Peace-Humanitarian-Development Nexus, Humanitarian Coordination, Peacebuilding, Sustainable Development, Conflict Prevention, Recovery Programming, Resilience Building, Humanitarian Leadership, Social Cohesion, Governance, Disaster Risk Reduction, Climate Adaptation, Early Recovery, Community Engagement, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Humanitarian Systems, Monitoring and Evaluation, Inclusive Development, Humanitarian Innovation, and Evidence-Based Decision Making.

Participants will develop practical competencies in conflict-sensitive programming, humanitarian-development integration, peacebuilding strategies, stakeholder coordination, institutional capacity strengthening, resilience measurement, climate-responsive programming, humanitarian financing, AI-supported planning, digital information management, programme monitoring, policy development, and adaptive leadership. 7.     Onsite Training Inclusions: The course fee for onsite training covers facilitation, training materials, two coffee breaks, a buffet lunch, and a Certificate of Successful Completion. Participants are responsible for their travel expenses, airport transfers, visa applications, dinners, health/accident insurance, and personal expenses.

8.     Additional Services: Accommodation, pickup services, flight booking, and visa processing arrangements are available upon request at discounted rates.
