The Digital Community Engagement Training Course is designed to equip humanitarian professionals, community engagement officers, communication specialists, programme managers, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) practitioners, government officials, civil society organizations, United Nations agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), international NGOs (INGOs), development practitioners, digital transformation specialists, emergency response coordinators, and public participation professionals with advanced knowledge and practical skills to design, implement, manage, and evaluate digital community engagement strategies that strengthen participation, accountability, inclusion, resilience, and sustainable development. As digital technologies increasingly transform humanitarian action, governance, public service delivery, and community participation, organizations require innovative approaches that leverage digital platforms, mobile technologies, social media, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and data-driven communication to engage communities effectively, enhance transparency, improve decision-making, and strengthen trust. - Training Locations: Training sessions are conducted at Foscore Development Center (FDC-K) centers. We also offer options for in-house and online training, customized to the client's schedule.
- Flexible Duration: Course durations are adaptable, and content can be adjusted to fit the required number of days.
- Onsite Training Inclusions: The course fee for onsite training covers facilitation, training materials, two coffee breaks, a buffet lunch, and a Certificate of Successful Completion. Participants are responsible for their travel expenses, airport transfers, visa applications, dinners, health/accident insurance, and personal expenses.
- Additional Services: Accommodation, pickup services, freight booking, and visa processing arrangements are available upon request at discounted rates.
