The Learning Organizations in Humanitarian Response Training Course is designed to equip humanitarian professionals, development practitioners, government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), United Nations agencies, research institutions, and emergency response teams with the knowledge and practical skills required to build and sustain learning organizations that continuously improve humanitarian performance through knowledge sharing, innovation, evidence-based decision-making, and organizational learning.
