Course Overview

The Conflict Sensitivity Training Course is designed to equip humanitarian professionals, development practitioners, government officials, peacebuilding specialists, NGO staff, UN agency personnel, humanitarian coordinators, project managers, monitoring and evaluation specialists, policy makers, civil society organizations, and donor-funded project teams with the knowledge and practical skills required to design, implement, monitor, and evaluate conflict-sensitive humanitarian and development programs. The course provides comprehensive training on conflict analysis, conflict-sensitive programming, Do No Harm principles, peacebuilding, social cohesion, humanitarian principles, protection mainstreaming, accountability to affected populations (AAP), conflict risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, mediation, humanitarian negotiations, governance, safeguarding, conflict early warning systems, resilience building, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), humanitarian information management, and evidence-based decision-making. Participants will develop practical competencies for reducing conflict risks, preventing unintended harm, strengthening social cohesion, and promoting sustainable peace while delivering effective humanitarian assistance.
