The Results-Based Humanitarian Management Training Course is designed to equip humanitarian professionals, government officials, development practitioners, emergency response coordinators, project managers, monitoring and evaluation specialists, and humanitarian leaders with the knowledge, practical skills, and strategic competencies required to plan, implement, monitor, evaluate, and manage humanitarian interventions using Results-Based Management (RBM) principles. Participants will develop practical competencies in results framework development, humanitarian needs assessment, stakeholder analysis, project planning, logical framework design, indicator development, outcome mapping, performance measurement, digital data collection using KoboToolbox and ODK, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Artificial Intelligence applications, Microsoft Power BI dashboards, project monitoring, statistical analysis, humanitarian reporting, donor compliance, financial accountability, adaptive programming, organizational learning, quality assurance, and evidence-based management. Through practical exercises, simulation scenarios, interactive workshops, and real-world humanitarian case studies, participants will strengthen their ability to manage humanitarian programs based on measurable results, improve operational efficiency, strengthen accountability, and maximize humanitarian impact.
