The Digital Governance and Smart Government Systems Training Course is designed to equip government officials, public sector leaders, ICT professionals, policymakers, and development practitioners with advanced knowledge and practical skills required to implement digital transformation initiatives within government institutions. As governments increasingly adopt digital technologies to improve service delivery, transparency, accountability, citizen engagement, and operational efficiency, there is a growing need for professionals who understand digital governance frameworks, smart government strategies, e-government systems, digital public infrastructure, and data-driven decision-making. This course provides comprehensive insights into the policies, technologies, and governance mechanisms necessary for building efficient, citizen-centric, and resilient digital governments.
