Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) plays a pivotal role in developing a skilled workforce, promoting entrepreneurship, enhancing employability, driving industrial growth, and supporting national economic development. As industries rapidly evolve through digital transformation, automation, artificial intelligence, green technologies, and changing labor market demands, TVET institutions must adopt innovative management approaches and modern training systems to remain relevant and competitive. This comprehensive TVET Management and Innovation Training Course equips participants with practical knowledge, leadership competencies, and strategic management skills required to strengthen institutional governance, improve training quality, foster innovation, and enhance workforce development outcomes.

The course focuses on modern TVET management principles, competency-based education and training (CBET), institutional leadership, quality assurance, curriculum development, industry partnerships, digital learning systems, entrepreneurship education, and innovation management. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of how effective management practices contribute to improved training delivery, student success, institutional sustainability, and alignment between training programs and labor market needs. Through practical exercises and real-world case studies, participants will develop the skills necessary to lead transformation and innovation within TVET institutions.

With increasing emphasis on skills development, employability, industrial competitiveness, and lifelong learning, TVET leaders must be equipped to manage change, integrate emerging technologies, strengthen public-private partnerships, and promote continuous improvement.
