As global health concerns continue to rise, proper nutrition plays an essential role in disease prevention, promoting wellness, and ensuring a healthier population. This course emphasizes evidence-based approaches to health and nutrition, focusing on dietary patterns, nutritional needs at various life stages, and the importance of balanced nutrition for long-term well-being.
