Course Overview

The Building Social Cohesion through Inclusive Social Protection Training Course is a comprehensive professional development programme designed to equip government officials, humanitarian practitioners, NGO professionals, development partners, social protection specialists, policymakers, programme managers, local government leaders, humanitarian coordinators, community development officers, researchers, and monitoring and evaluation professionals with the knowledge and practical skills required to design, implement, monitor, and strengthen inclusive social protection systems that promote social cohesion, resilience, equity, and sustainable development. The course explores how inclusive social protection programmes contribute to poverty reduction, conflict prevention, social inclusion, economic empowerment, disaster resilience, and community stability while addressing the needs of vulnerable populations including women, children, persons with disabilities, refugees, internally displaced persons, older persons, youth, and marginalized communities. This programme integrate  Building Social Cohesion, Inclusive Social Protection, Social Protection Systems, Social Inclusion, Poverty Reduction, Community Resilience, Cash Transfer Programmes, Livelihood Support, Humanitarian Assistance, Social Safety Nets, Disaster Risk Reduction, Climate Resilience, Gender Equality, Disability Inclusion, Human Rights, Community Development, Local Governance, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Social Accountability, Monitoring and Evaluation, Humanitarian Programming, Conflict Prevention, Peacebuilding, and Institutional Capacity Building.

  6. Flexible Duration: Course durations are adaptable, and content can be adjusted to fit the required number of days.
  7. Onsite Training Inclusions: The course fee for onsite training covers facilitation, training materials, two coffee breaks, a buffet lunch, and a Certificate of Successful Completion. Participants are responsible for their travel expenses, airport transfers, visa applications, dinners, health/accident insurance, and personal expenses.
  8. Additional Services: Accommodation, pickup services, flight booking, and visa processing arrangements are available upon request at discounted rates.
  9. Equipment: Tablets and laptops can be provided to participants at an additional cost.
  10. Post-Training Support: We offer one year of free consultation and coaching after the course.
