Course Overview
The Humanitarian Workforce Development Training Course is designed to equip humanitarian professionals, human resource managers, government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), United Nations agencies, development practitioners, emergency response organizations, and humanitarian leaders with the knowledge and practical skills required to recruit, develop, manage, and retain a highly skilled, resilient, and accountable humanitarian workforce.
