Disease Surveillance Mapping Training Course

Introduction

Disease Surveillance Mapping is a specialized training course designed to equip public health professionals, epidemiologists, researchers, healthcare planners, humanitarian workers, and decision-makers with advanced skills in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), spatial epidemiology, disease intelligence, and health data analytics. As infectious diseases, emerging pandemics, vector-borne illnesses, and public health emergencies continue to pose significant global challenges, disease surveillance mapping has become an essential tool for monitoring disease occurrence, detecting outbreaks, assessing risks, and supporting evidence-based public health interventions.
