GIS for Intelligence-Led Policing and Security is a specialized training program designed to equip law enforcement agencies, security organizations, intelligence units, military police, border security agencies, public safety institutions, and criminal justice professionals with advanced geospatial intelligence capabilities to support intelligence-driven decision-making and proactive security operations. As crime patterns, security threats, organized criminal networks, cyber-enabled offenses, terrorism, and public safety challenges become increasingly complex, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Crime Mapping, Remote Sensing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data Analytics, Location Intelligence, and Predictive Policing Technologies provide powerful tools for understanding, analyzing, and responding to security threats. This course enables participants to utilize geospatial technologies to transform data into actionable intelligence that supports crime prevention, threat assessment, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness.
